How It Works

A Staged Support Delivery Model for Agencies

InfraSteady is designed to reduce onboarding friction, keep humans in control, and help agencies turn early audits into recurring white-label support coverage. The model works best in environments that can be operated through GitHub workflows, observability tooling, and governed access controls.

1

Phase 1: Agency Launch & Support Design

"Start by defining how support will actually be sold, approved, and delivered."

Before client rollout, InfraSteady helps the agency define support packages, approval rules, rollout scope, and the branded materials that will be used in client conversations.

Key Deliverables:

  • • Support package framing for Watch, Assist, and White-Label Support
  • • Approval matrix for agency and client sign-off
  • • Shared-responsibility model
  • • White-label collateral and pilot structure
2

Phase 2: Client Audit & Watch Mode

Each client starts with a read-only audit. The goal is to understand the environment, surface risk, and recommend the right coverage level before asking for deeper access.

Audit Coverage:

  • • Repository security and vulnerability scanning
  • • Code quality and accessibility assessment
  • • Infrastructure, DNS, SSL, and backup discovery
  • • Recommended support scope and permissions plan

Read-only first is the default. It lowers friction with clients and security stakeholders.

3

Phase 3: Watch Mode & Assisted Remediation

Agents monitor, analyze, and prepare remediation work. Humans stay in control of merges, infrastructure changes, incident closure, and other sensitive actions.

Capabilities:

  • • Uptime, SSL, and vulnerability monitoring
  • • Dependency update PRs and remediation prep
  • • Log analysis, anomaly detection, and incident triage
  • • Explicit approval gates for high-risk actions
4

Phase 4: White-Label Support Delivery

InfraSteady helps the agency deliver a support experience that feels credible to clients: branded updates, recurring reporting, and clear evidence of ongoing value.

Delivery Outputs:

  • • Branded monthly summaries and issue updates
  • • Quarterly reviews and risk posture reporting
  • • Client-ready support evidence and recommendations
  • • Human escalation support for edge cases and novel incidents

The Standard Operating Surface

Repository And Change Control

GitHub is our default repository and change-management surface for audits, PRs, issue context, and approval-linked changes.

Observability And Signals

OpenTelemetry is our preferred telemetry model, though strong existing observability setups can still be a fit during early rollout.

Production Operations

We prefer API-first and GitOps-first operations, with approval-gated just-in-time access when shell or console access is truly needed.

Why This Model Works

The goal is not to pretend support can be fully autonomous. The goal is to make support easier to sell, safer to roll out, and more scalable to deliver.

Less Initial Friction

Read-only audits and watch mode are easier for agencies and clients to approve than broad write access on day one.

Stronger Trust

Approval gates, escalation paths, and branded reporting make the service credible to both agencies and end clients.

Operational Leverage

Each improvement to audit quality, triage, and reporting benefits every partner and every covered client environment.
